You can drop your franked mail off at your local post office, or alternatively you can drop it in to one of Royal Mail’s Business Posting Boxes, known as a franked mail post box. Franked mail should not be posted in an ordinary post box due to Royal Mail’s sorting system and doing so will likely cause delays to the delivery of your mail.
The Royal Mail is experimenting with a new way to make sending parcels a lot less time-consuming. The postal service has launched the first ever parcel postboxes, allowing us to send pre-paid packages in the same way we currently post letters. This is the first potential change for the iconic red postboxes since its creation 160 years ago. The maximum Parcel size allowed into our new Postboxes is 44cm x 35cm x 16cm.

Most Post Office branches have a separate business window for you to quickly drop off your franked mail pouches for delivery.
Royal Mail also provide a pick up service where your franked mail can be picked up from your office. There is an additional charge for this service, unless your business spends more than £15,000 a year.
